All the Food Production Labs are fully equipped with indigenous equipments.
Basic Training Kitchen :
Basics of Practical cookery with emphasis on continental cuisine are
taught here to First Year students. Students are required to do individual
cooking to master the art.
Quantity Food Kitchen :
Emphasis is on Indian regional cuisine, bulk cooking and catering.

Bakery & Confectionary Lab :
Modern technology and techniques of baking applied in the Industry

1.Basic Traning Restaurant :
Fully equipped 40 cover restaurant to train the students in
Restaurant service, Bar operation and other specialized service.
2.Advance Traning Restaurant:
Fully equiped 30 cover Restaurant the Student's in Advance Restaurant Services,Bar operation's & other Spc.
House Keeping Lab :
The House Keeping lab has a fully automated laundry and Guestroom to train the students in hygiene standards and interior decoration of the
guest room.
Front Office Lab : Role playing, situation handling and other Front Office related exercises
e.g. Property Management Systems, Accounting are the key areas of Training in this lab.
Computer Center : Equipped with 30 terminals on LAN with the latest multimedia
Systems with Internet connectivity. Students have hands on experience
with Hotel Management System and Application packages.168 kbps

Library :
The Institute has well stocked library with the latest books, periodicals and
journals both national and international covering all aspects of Hotel, Tourism,
Hospitality, Travel & Management. The library also has a good collection of
videotapes on all aspect of management hotelier, which could be viewed by
the students. The library has multi media resources enabling students to access
Internet. Through DELNET student has access to more than 400 journal worldwide.
